The Black Robe Group was born out of a need in the industry to provide seasoned employees to construction groups year round. Issues in the past would be layoffs in which talented carpenters, metal workers, managers, laborers, superintendents and project managers could not be kept if they could not roll into the next job. A company would train an employee and would lose them as they waited for a start up of another project delayed by means outside of their control. Black Robe was designed to keep these talented individuals working year round by creating the flexibility of moving them to another site when delays would occur.
